With this option, you'll receive legal advice and any support or coaching needed to prepare for a hearing you may not want representation in, preparing for a CFI interview or home visit, etc. 

• One-time: $250/hour
• Monthly Subscription: $600 for the first month, $250/month thereafter.

Our Monthly Subscription includes a full case review and initial coaching session, and up tothree emails orthree 20-minute phone calls per month about your case. Additional coaching and phone calls/emails will be billed at$250/hour. 

Our Document Drafting services include a1-hour intake session, full drafting of your document, andtwo revisions of the document. 

• Ifmore than two revisions are required based on the client's actions, additional fees will be accrued at a rate of$250/hour. 
• Ifmore than two revisions are required based on attorney error, there will beno cost. 

A$500 retainer is due prior to work beginning, and the remainder of the bill will be paid upon completion of the document(s).

Any additional follow up or negotiations with opposing counsel or opposing party will be charged at a rate of$250/hour.
