What are court order modifcations?

Life circumstances change, no one knows that better than veterans and current service members. When a party experiences a change in their job or family dynamic, existing court-orders may no longer be sufficient and a party may require an adjustment in child support or spousal support. At RMVAP, we also understand that our clients may need to move (within Colorado and out of state) for a number of reasons, so modification of court orders can also include a request to modify an existing parenting plan or even a request to relocate outside of the state.
