Brett Bailey

Staff Attorney

Brett Bailey is a staff attorney at the Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project (RMVAP). Following his graduation from the University of Florida with his Bachelor’s degree in 2015, Brett served for four years in the U.S. Army including a deployment to Afghanistan. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Brett attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, Brett interned at the RMVAP for three semesters.

Upon graduating from law school with his J.D. and a certificate in Constitutional Rights and Remedies, Brett worked in civil litigation at a law firm in Denver, Colorado. It didn’t take long for Brett to realize that his true calling was to continue helping military veterans which is why he rejoined the RMVAP as a staff attorney.
